TRANSFORM MY SCORE REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for services purchased from Transform My Score, operated by Hermox Document Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.


1. OUR REFUND PHILOSOPHY

Transform My Score is a credit repair service. We invest real time and expertise in analyzing your credit reports, preparing dispute letters, and managing your case. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to clients who change their minds or are unsatisfied with our service, while reflecting the work that has been performed.


2. THREE-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

You have the right to cancel this agreement and receive a full refund within three (3) business days of signing up for our services, for any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right:

Your notice must be sent within three business days of the date you signed up. Upon receipt of valid cancellation notice within the three-day window, we will refund any payments collected, in full, within 10 business days.

This three-day right to cancel exists in addition to any other refund rights described in this Policy.


3. REFUND TIERS AFTER THE THREE-DAY WINDOW

3.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel within 7 days of signup AND no dispute letters have been sent on your behalf, you may receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

The $25 processing fee covers Stripe transaction fees and administrative costs that are not recoverable from the payment processor.

3.2 Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If dispute letters have been prepared and sent on your behalf, the following refund structure applies based on work completed:

Initial credit analysis only, no disputes sent: 60% refund of the most recent monthly payment

First round of disputes sent: 30% refund of the most recent monthly payment

Multiple rounds of disputes sent or substantial work completed: No refund of payments for work already performed; you can still cancel future billing

3.3 Monthly Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a monthly subscription and cancel:

Cancellation stops future billing

Refunds for past months follow the tiers in Section 3.2 above

You retain access to your client portal and case status through the end of the billing period you have already paid for


4. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If after our work you are not satisfied that we have performed the services described in your service agreement, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your most recent dispute results. We will review your case and may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund based on the circumstances and the work completed.

This satisfaction guarantee is in addition to your statutory cancellation rights.


5. SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS DO NOT APPLY

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

A specific item on your credit report was not removed despite our dispute efforts (we cannot guarantee specific items will be removed)

Your credit score did not increase by a specific amount (we do not promise specific score increases)

A credit bureau or furnisher responded but verified the disputed item

You were not approved for a loan, credit card, or mortgage despite credit repair work

You changed your mind about pursuing the matter after substantial work has been performed

You did not provide accurate information about your credit situation

In each of these situations, Transform My Score has performed the service purchased — the credit repair work itself — even if outcomes did not match your hopes or expectations.


6. SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS DO APPLY

A refund will be issued (in accordance with the tiers above) when:

You exercise your three-day right to cancel (full refund)

You request cancellation before substantial work has been performed (per Section 3)

A documented error by Transform My Score prevented delivery of usable service and we are unable or unwilling to correct the error

We are unable to deliver the service for reasons within our control

A material misunderstanding existed about what was being purchased, and the dispute is resolved in your favor


7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer instead of contacting us directly, Transform My Score reserves the right to:

Provide your card issuer with full documentation of services rendered

Suspend or terminate your account

Pursue collection of unpaid amounts if the chargeback is reversed

Decline future service

We strongly encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can address any concerns directly. Most disputes can be resolved without involving your card issuer.


8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

Email [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"

Include the following information:

Your full name

Email address used for your purchase

Date of purchase

Plan purchased

Reason for refund request

We will respond within 3 business days to acknowledge your request and confirm whether you qualify for a refund under this Policy.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


9. PROCESSING FEE EXPLANATION

The $25 processing fee applied to refunds outside the three-day window covers:

Non-refundable Stripe transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)

Administrative time for processing the refund

CRM cleanup and record-keeping

This fee does NOT apply to refunds issued within the three-day cancellation window — those are full refunds with no fees deducted.


10. NO REFUND OF THIRD-PARTY FEES

Transform My Score does not pay any third-party fees on your behalf as part of our service. If you incurred fees from third parties (credit monitoring services, credit report purchase fees, postage for additional dispute correspondence, etc.) as a result of using our services, those fees are not refundable by Transform My Score under any circumstances.


11. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
